    God eftermiddag Borje,

    >>>
Latest version I have that works with old links is 2.51. I you want to, I can zip it up together with the old data- and index files belonging to it (they are from 2007). Should be around 80-90 MB when zipped. You can PM me your mail adress if you want me to do that.
    <<<

You can send me the zip file or have I misunderstood you?

I can not send you a mail because I do not know your email address. In my last post is therefore my email address.

Also, the advantage of keeping an old Poffs version is that, over the years, few valuables forum threads where lost. Mainly in the last migration.

    Borje,
an old version of Poffs, that was my last thought before I read your post.

The search with my old links here in the forum does not really help me, since I often have no meaningful search term.

Is it possible to get an old version of Poffs, where my links get hits?

There is a forwarding translation address made by the PB Web engine.
    If you put
    http://forum.powerbasic.com/forum/user-to-user-discussions/7512
as an url in a browser, you will end up at...
    https://forum.powerbasic.com/forum/user-to-user-discussions/powerbasic-for-windows/7512-writeprocessmemory-woes

    @Gary,
If it's easy for you, it would be appreciated if you could make a correspondence list of old old address to new address.
Nothing fancy, a text file could be nice...

    OldAddress
    NewAddress
    [BlankLine]
    OldAddress
    NewAddress
    [BlankLine]
    OldAddress
    ...

    :-)

    Dave,
your link have the same number of the end, but it is not the same link. So are the contents differntly. The content of my link is about alpha blending. Your link is about a window in a window.

    Gary,
I would like only read the content of the old forum links like my example. Here is an other example: http://www.powerbasic.com/support/fo.../014474-2.html
    Without shortcut: "www.powerbasic.com/support/forums/Forum4/HTML/014474-2.html".
This is about a quick method to find a file. All these links contain "/Forum7/" or "/Forum4/" or "/Forum6/". From what time are this types of links?
Please compare the two examples and my notes of contents with the hits in your collection of HTML files from old Forum.

    Thank you men!

    Norbert,
Do you mean that you'd like to type in the old forum link and get to the new forum page?

I may have a collection of HTML files from the old forum, where each file name is the thread#, such as your 2607 above.

It's a 5GB folder, so I can't send you the whole thing. But do you have a list of thread numbers? If it's not too large I could send you the files you're wanting.

    Old forum links

I have a collection with links from the old forum. No title, etc.
Is there a way to make the content visible again?
I've tried Poffs and Wayback.org without success.
