Are there any free GUI editors capable of producing DDT compatible code?

Originally I was using FireFly and I really liked it, but I misplaced my registration info. So, I started using straight DDT and I like it, but I am currently working on a large project and hand-coding the DDT is getting rather hard.

Why do you mention FF as you have a desire for *free* ?
My PwrDev handles DDT fine but isn't free as well.

          Hi Brice,

Pop me an email at [email protected] and I'll get you a new name/key for FireFly 2.99. No worries however if you would rather use DDT ( yuk, ).

Edwin, just to clarify, when somebody asks for suggestions on something, I think it is important to mention what you have experience with, so the person answering is better able to make a suggestion based on your experience and skill level.

I do appreciate PwrDev, especially the custom controls (I would kill for explorer bar capability), however, PwrDev is beyond my financial means at this time.

              >I would kill for explorer bar capability

The explorebar was created during XP, in Vista this control was still availabale but the appearance was really bad.
The EB works idenctical in PwrDev and thus has the Vista look.
              Workable but rather poor.
The drawing was done via Windows native functions.

In Vista you can still find this afaik as part of the folder explorer.

I'm sure there are, but if they are free they are probably still in middle school and only available part time....
