TCP Timeout now taking 20 seconds no matter if I have it set for 1 second to 15 seconds. The normal timeout I use is 5 seconds. This program has run fine for 2 months and runs 24 hours a day. I sound a bell if the open fails and continues until the open succeeds. I'm running Windows XP. The only thing done to ALL my computers is a Windows update, done this week.
Any Ideas?
The command:
TCP OPEN PORT TxPort& AT TxAddress$ AS #nSocket TIMEOUT (TxPortWaitTime&*1000)
