Convert QBasic Program to PB/CC 4.0

Hi all. Is there an easy simple way to convert a program written in QBasic 4.5 to our new Power Basic CC 4.0? I noticed some people uploaded a couple applications that claim they do that and I used them but they don't work.

This QBasic program is used to upload what we call "Chemistry Methods" into one of our instruments via RS232 connection.

What you tried is as close to 'easy simple' as you are going to get.

Time for Plan B I think.

First forget your DOS program and begin to learn to program in PBCC. You can do that by studying examples of PBCC programs, then setting yourself simple problems to program in PBCC.

Then look at your DOS program. Try to break it into smaller programs and work on them one at a time. Compile the program. It fails. Look at the error messages. Rewrite, using the help file. Compile again, and so on.

It can be done. Not long ago I converted about a 10,000 line program from PBDOS to PBCC.
