cutepdf/ddoc problem

Has anyone had trouble using cutepdf with ddoc preview output? I get the message: "You have chosen to end the nonresponsive program ddoc Print and Preview" when I try to print to cutepdf, and nothing is saved. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, etc. It works perfectly on another printer on the network. I don't know where to start troubleshooting. Thanks.

Try setting the PDF printer as default. I don't know about CutePDF, but several others have various problems unless they the default printer. Also, DDOC tends to crash if the default printer is USB and not turned on.
