PB/DOS to control external hardware

I am looking for some D/A A/D hardware that PB/DOS can control
thru the serial and/or parallel ports. (Either, and, or, doesn't
matter).

Looking for both types, on/off such as a light switch and sliding
such as a volume control.

Anybody know where I can get such devices? Thanks.
