having problems posting

sorry about this guys
i cannot respond back on message board for some reason.
i had a new topic yesterday and i could not respond back.
i have done so before in the past
it seems as thougth an icon next to message is missing
i can only see two, i saw three i though in the past
can anybody share some light on this.
