Thank you, Lance and the rest of the PB support team for your quick response concerning my BYVAL problem. It is not every day that one receives such a quick response and correct solution. Not to long ago I asked the GM Corp a simple question concerning the GM warrenty on new trucks. It took me 3 E-mail messages and 5 days before I received an answer that was not a run-around.
