I believe the boot sequence will load himem first no matter
where it is in the file. I should have pointed out that the mem
command shows that there is no upper memory available. It says DOS
is resident in upper memory but that is it. I tried the devicehigh
statement in config.sys but without any upper memory available
I'm stuck. I tried the noems switch for emm386 and it then gives
me upper memory but Powerbasic will not start at all. I guess I'm
trying to get both EMS and upper memory, maybe that isn't possible.
