Win Me & DOS memory

Under Windows Me I am not able to increase the amount of available low memory
for DOS programs above 570 K (which I can easily do under Win9x).
Is there any way to do that ?

This is really a question for a WinME support site (such as http://www.pcmech.com/forum/index.php ), but there seem to be a faw places with ME-specific advice.
