LINE statement blinking?

I -finally- wrote my on character set using LINE statements.

Ok, my question: Without any problem, I can use a statement
such as:

LINE (20,45)-(60,104),1

All the colors I have used so far are colors 1 through 15. Is it
possible to use blinking colors with this? I tried, but if I pick
a blinking color number such as 17 (blue blinking), it simply
produces normal blue. I am using Screen 12 which seems to work
best on this monitor.

Only text modes provide support for blinking.
