I/O access with PB DOS & Win 2K or XP

How can I access I/O while runing a PB DOS program
under Win 2K or Win XP?

My system uses proprietary hardware for control and
data acquisition. Existing assembly language drivers
use in & out to communicate with the hardware.

We use a proprietary A/D & servo controller card.
Existing assembly language drivers don't work with NT etc.
