PowerBasic and 32bit protected mode applications

Hello!

Does anybody know if I can compile 32-bit protected mode applications with
PowerBasic for DOS?

And if yes, do they run with FreeDOS32?

Or can I compile 32-bit applications with the PowerBASIC Console Compiler
for Windows and do they run in FreeDOS32?
