  • Disappearing screen in Windows 2000

Have a user with a 1.6 gigahertz flat panel screen
and they say that as they move the mouse on the
main menu of our program it is removed in blocks
like Tetris. When they press the Esc key the
screen returns. Anyone had any similar problem?

Is this a full-screen app or windowed...? What O/S? What kind of mouse/driver?

The ESCAPE aspect seems unusual, but without any context as to what is "supposed" to happen when the ESCAPE key is pressed makes it impossible to answer...

Can you be more specific please?

It is the USB mouse being called or initialized
using QuickPak routines. Turned off mouse support
and it works. Looking for a solution using a
      Logitech USB mouse.
