  • How To Use UEVENT?

I apologize for asking such a general question, BUT, the
PB/DOS 3.5 manuals fall WAY down in describing it. Basically,
what I most need to know is, HOW does a "trapped IRQ" make
    the UEVENT sub fire?

    Thanks in advance.

    Cordially,

A UEVENT is a user-defined subroutine that can be scheduled to occur at the next most opportune moment.

In the online help, there is a brief example in the Internal Procedures section...

From within the IDE, press F1 twice, Down-Arrow once, then the Enter key, Down-Arrow twice, Right-Arrow once, and press Enter...

I think I still have an example here somewhere (I think it came from the BBS we used before we started using UBB).

If you still have problems figuring it out, please let me know and I'll see if I can extract it from my archives and reformat it for posting.
