  • OFF TOPIC- PB for CE?

This is OFF TOPIC, and I sincerely apologize. I had no idea which was the best Forum for this inquiry and decided to use this one since I already have and use PB for Dos.

Can I write & compile program for a Windows CE device? If so, what do I need to accomplish this?

Thanks, and again apologies to the Moderator.

    Robert

Unfortunately, PowerBASIC does not support WinCE.

The problem is that WinCE contains a cut down API set, and can run on non-Intel platforms, both of which preclude PowerBASIC and PB-compiled applications from running on it.

    Sorry!

I understand that you can use "NS Basic" to write code for
both Palm and Wince devices. If you intended to write for
both of these types of devices, I believe you have to
order a separate version of each. I believe their website
      is www.nsbasic.com
