How can a number of pick up files from "File" in PB/DLL editor be increased
from current 4 to say 10?

There are no "user adjustable" ways to extend the "recent files" list. However, such an extension is on the "wish list" for future editions of the IDE. Thanks for asking!

if it is on a "wish list" i would like to add one more:
It would be nice if "Declarations ComboBox" could be user adjustable as well with an option of sorting by size, position inside the code,... and not only by name. Too much?
Natural question of course is WHEN is new IDE due to be released?

Seriously, we are not permitted to discuss products that are not shipping, sorry.
That said, we are always looking for suggestions on improving our products (compilers and IDE's), so if you have any more ideas, please list them.

Related question. Has there been any updated versions released of the
current editor? The one I have here is from 1999-07-02.
Oh, while I remember it - Bug-report for the current editor:
If I open up a file to edit, click one time at the scrollbar and then press
the "PageUp" button, it crasches. Seems to be something in the scrollbar
code, because if I click at the scrollbar and then in the editor before I
use "PageUp", it works fine.

Re IDE problem Branko found:
I get the program to crash for any file size when I open a file,
click the down arrow on the scroll bar once, followed by two
keyboard page-ups.
