  • ToolWindow in 16-bit application

How is a window created in a 16-bit (PB/DLL v2.0) application that looks and behaves like a window created in a 32-bit application with the WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW style? Visual Basic 3 does it, so it must be possible.
If you try to make something idiot-proof, someone will invent a better idiot.

The style IS supported under w95 from VB3.

But, if you want it on 3.1 you need something like the common procedure to drag a window without titlebar. (search)
Use a label or else and use this technique to drag the form instead.
