ERROR --> TCP OPEN

Hi,

I have a Very BIG problems. When the user will conect to
the server using the TCP OPEN function AND the user
are conected to an Proxy-server or have fire-wall, so a
ERROR message sends...

The funtion dos´nt function...
Please, help me...
