Front Page 98?

Has anyone figured out how Front Page 98 communicates?
I have Front page server extentions on a Linux box, it will not allow FTP uploads (Or my ISP won't), only some sort of http upload..

If that's the case, I need to http upload? This ought to be interesting...

Either way, gonna have to fire the sniffer up otherwise...

Well that was fun.
Front Page server calls
/etc/_pvtbin/auth.exe and then encrypts the username and password, and who KNOWS what kind of encryption scheme that is....So, pretty much stopped at the front door of front page.

Basically I want my webcam behind my firewall to post to my domain, since there is no ftp server on that machine etc, so I an upload a cam image once every sixty seconds...and my firewall would work but I removed apache from it for security reasons....
Hmmmmmmmm well time to port map 80 from the firewall to my internal machine...

Offtopic, Anyone know the commandline to portmap using ipchains on a linux box? I have the forward but can't get the port to work..
