Under Windows NT an administrator may make the server prioritize whether file transfer gets priority, or network applications, or database...
it's one of hte questions on the MCSE test, how to determine etc...

Does anyone know how to programmatically pull it from an api call or from the registry???

this is the image box used to adjust it on Windows 2000, on Windows 2000 you only get two choices, under NT 4.0 you get 5 (??)..

Anyway, there didnt' seem to be a registry entry to show this...
