Empty buttons on Taskbar

I rebooted to Win95 and found that finished program (DDT) leaves empty button on taskbar.
It seems to me, that this question already discussed, but can't find.
Does anybody knows, how to struggle with it ?

Semen,
Did you use a restart windows call from your program or did you
reboot from the start menu?

Was your program running as a stand alone EXE or from the IDE?

I am using win 95, once in a while it launches the last active
app on restart. I am sure this is a 95 glitch.

Maybe it tried to launch the PBTemp exe file.
