Replace icon in exe file

There are a lot of icon extractor programs around that let you extract icons and bitmaps from
exe files and dlls. Is there any utility for REPLACING an icon in an exe file when you do not have the source code for the file?

technically it's very easy (if new icon has the same size).
But have you written confirmation from author?

Thank you Semen,
I have thought of sending an *.ico file to the owner of the program (We have a licence to develop commercial apps with this program)
and ASK for special compilation but if is easy to replace the icon information I will try to get a written permission to do so.

If you will have permission, E-Mail me [email protected] and I'll send you a PB/CC program, which I already used for own purposes. (I had Ok from author ).
