Round Volume Control Knob

Hi,
Any body know about add-on for making a round volume control
knob, like a scroll bar, but is round one, when the mouse
rotate it is just like you're sliding the scroll bar!

There is no round volume control in the mixer-api, so i think you have to make it yourself.
