Specifying Dial-Up connection.

Hi,

Is there a way to specify a different dial-up connection from the default one?
I'd like to auto connect to a know server directly without using a provider. And of course I'd like to do this without disrupting the client's internet settings.

I know this has been discussed but I can't find it again.
