PowerBASIC? More like FerrariBASIC!

I saw that post about the VB guy who couldn't pick up PowerBASIC in one day and I just have to say, I have been messing around with PowerBASIC for about two months and I am a happy camper. I wrote a program last week that scans a Sybase transaction log, to count Failed, Illegal, and Missing transactions then it totals up all the updated, inserted, and deleted tables from a 80 meg log file. It took almost ten minutes to load in in notepad(NT) and it took 5 1/2 minutes load and sort(count)with my new program. I thought that I could make it faster and posted a message for "any tweakers" Eric Pearson put me on the right track, and now the 81.5 Meg file takes, are you ready, is the excitement killing you, 40 SECONDS!!!!!! Now, if I could only learn the GUI. Anyway, thanks PowerBASIC. You just saved me more than 30 minutes of work a day!!!! And I am not even a programmer. You have a customer for life.
