Winpopup from your own program

If you are attempting to send messages to Win9x/NT you can
use the Net Send functions. If you search the forums for NetSend
you'll find a source code posting.

I do not know if this is a "Windows" or "internet" question but
I would like to send messages to Winpopup on another computer from inside my own program (not using
Winpopup for send on my own computer).
Where can I find any information about how to do it?
