    At the time it may not have been, that may have been the issue.
    But I'm finding management easier with the bitmaps in a separate directory

    Check it out tho, it's a done thing, just an animated gif from bitmaps LOL.

    Scott,

    You forgot to do the following if you use WM_USER:

    #include "resource.h"

    WM_USER is defined in this file.

    Cheers,
    Cecil

    Thanks, and that's EXACTLY what I am going to do with them! LOL.

    I also found part of the problem, it does nto like the WM_USER.
    I did this and it works, (Also forgot the 0 in front of 1-9).

    I haven't tested, but I note your defines increment by 1 except:-

    #define PB1 WM_USER + 2100
    #define PB2 WM_USER + 2102

    This may have no effect except if you have some sort of FOR LOOP.
    Say FOR PB1 to PB15 NEXT.

    RC Compiler error?

    This is the second time I have gotten this error when I try to compile a resource file (.rc).
    Any reason why this is happening or did I just miss something?

    The error is "File not found 2100"
