Has anyone tried to interface with this library file? Currently Microsoft states that
this file or other like it(jscript.dll) won't accept calls from
other apps or "non inprocess threads" or anything that isn't running
directly for or associated with I.E.

Any thoughts or rigs that could help? I am sure I am not the only one that has run into
something like this.
