Another Reboot Question

Although I have search the forums for this info, I couldn't find
a thing.

Is there a way to reboot the system, (win95/98) without a program
prompting to (save file, a program is open, etc).........

I need to reboot the system, without any prompts or questions,
because these machines are running at remote sites, and are
collecting data via-chips on uilities components. Each nite,
they need to reboot to reset other variables etc......

Sounds, that you want to use not recommended ExitWindowsEx with EWX_FORCE flag.
