  • JAZZAge COM 2.0 Question...

Okay I have received the OpenBeta 5 and I'm trying to use it.
I am using it for TX Text 7.0 OCX and it works fine I can get
it to load on the dialog and everything. I've read the help like
3 times and I still don't understand how you change properties.
Can someone explain how you change the properties of a control.
    Thank you.

Take a good look in the scanned/exported bas file.
    Use the prepared procedures.

A property may consist of a Get and a Let or Set procedure.
Btw, also take a look at the samples provided.

That didn't help me at all. Now when I generate the functions for TX Text it doesn't even generate any functions besides the INIT function. It also does the same thing for my All
Text 4.5 OCX. But all the other OCXs I generate code for it makes a huge list of functions except. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? And why does it only do this for my
      2 edit controls?

I guess you selected a different OCX.

        Example:
In case of the Ishelllnk VB6 TLB, a different guid comes up while the example in the source forum presents the Windows GUID for example.

I don't have your OCX so, i don't know what happens.

It was in the 3rd part board, but no one answered there.
