replys (small program to help get an idea)

I would like to see one program where I can enter ...
name
address
city
zip
comments
click a send button

up pops a window that has the data I just typed.

I would like this all to be one small program to start with so I
can start try to bild on the program and try to add to it.

Have you examined ADDRESS.BAS as installed with PB/DLL 6.0? (Assuming that is the compiler you are using...)
