Formatting drive A: ??

Hi folks,

does anyone knows how to call the WINNT 4 format menu Disk A: ??
I do not talk about the DOS FORMAT.COM.I am looking for the exe
or DLL or.. which is called by double clicking on Drive A:icon
in the My Computer folder.

It looks that you are about Shell dialog, which is possible to call by
SHFormatDrive %HWND_DESKTOP, 0, %SHFMT_ID_DEFAULT, 0
