Popup message when pointing at file in explorer

Hi All,

When you point at some files (zip-files, word-files ect.) in the
explorer you see a yellow popup message.
Anybody know how this is done?

do you mean, from which place explrer takes informations ?
If so, there is a special COM interface.
Like samole you can look Brad Martinez's VB explorer
(don't remember http, but you can find this code through vbnet web-page).
