PB Wish: Remove 'Are You Sure' prompt

This is a simple request for the next version of PB/DLL:

Please remove the "Are you sure?" prompt when exiting
(or at least offer a switch to turn it off).

I agree with Alan Coopers statements with prompts like these:
"Don't ask the user to confirm his actions"

If the file is not saved, then yes, please alert me and let me
save, otherwise, please exit the program.
