When recently creating some .PBR files, I had some problems which resulted in
total brain lock.
The outcome of this was an app. that creates .PBR's from .DLG & .H, .RC or .RES
files just by selecting the file from an open file dialog.
It checks for the origin of existing .RES files and creates a backup if the file
was generated with the dialogue editor. 32 Bit .RES files are just overwritten.
It seems to work ok on 95 and 98.
This may be usefull to those new to PBDLL.
