RANDOMIZE & Threads Question

Does anybody know if RANDOMIZE is thread specific? In other words, if I call RANDOMIZE (with or without arguments) does it globally affect subsequent RND calls in all threads or only those calls in the thread in which the RANDOMIZE statement occurred?
