AVI-format for Animate_Play (animation) ?

Hello
I wish to receive a 8 bit AVI for animation. For example from GIF.
How it to make with VirtualDub?
What video compressor to select? and options?

The AVI file used by an Animation control must be:

Uncompressed AVI

or

Compressed using run length encoding ( BI_RLE8) which is 8 bit Run Length encoding (RLE 8 Bit).

No other codecs are supported (at least in XP or earlier).

Also there must be NO Audio channel in the video.
