  • Question for Sales

For some reason when I try to email Sales or Support, my emails bounce right back to me. I have tried multiple times and same results each time. Any thoughts on this???

I am curious to see if there is a rough time frame when the books for the new compilers will be available? I am interested in purchasing the hard copies, but if it will be another month or so, I can wait til later to order.

    Thanks for your help,
    Gary Stout

    Failing email addresses not shown.

And if bounced back, don't those usually have an error message? Error message not shown.

(Sheesh this is worse than 'failing code not shown').

These work for me first time, everytime:

Here ya go.... all the messages I could copy and paste. I see something in there saying my email address is invalid, but it has worked for 3 or 4 years now.....the spammers sure don't have any trouble with it This was a test message sent to Support, but I get the exact same results when sending to Sales.

I was charged $6.00 for the standard electronic delivery. That has been PB's policy for a long time now.

            >Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 (<[email protected]> Invalid address)

Reading the posted link, that's why this failed.

            >If you are our customer, further help is available
            >at email address: ____ @ ______ (TO BE FILLED IN)

Is zmail a subscription service? if so, is your subscription paid? If not, that's your problem

If your subscription is paid, this would appear to be Zmail's problem.

I can email anyone else without a problem.....give me your email address and I will send you a test message. I don't understand why I can send mail to anyone else, but it has a problem with these 2 PB email addresses in particular. Could it be something with spam controls on PB's end??
