Progress bar new styles for CommCtrl.inc

Found this online, but not in the stock CommCtrl.inc file:

%PBM_SETMARQUEE = &H08
%PBS_SMOOTHREVERSE = &H10

%PBS_SMOOTHREVERSE is supposed to take out the "Jump" when going backwards, my app will have a backwards progress bar so being smooth is good.

Both syles require version 6 or later of the DLL; and Win XP or later for the OS.
