If you do notify PB support, it is noted, AIUI, so it is never in vain. Also if there is a recommended way to deal with a situation, then PB support would be the supported source of such information.

I reported this the other day.
I have a work-around. The code finder recognizes macros, so I put a macro just above of the THREAD FUNCTION like this:
Code:MACRO MY_THREAD_m = * THREAD FUNCTION MY_THREAD(etc AS LONG) AS LONG ... etc ... END FUNCTION
