  • V9 F1 help and CB. notation

Someone has probably already raised this but as the forum help rejects search terms of two characters (like F1) and I'm in a hurry:

Try pressing F1 over a new-style DDT CB declaration and say hello to "Win32 Programmer's Reference". Was that what you wanted? No, me too!

I do. But quite often I first air them here.

        Why?

(To relieve the pressure? Well, that's perfectly fine by me.)

My only concern is that all bugs DO get reported and fixed. Posting here only is pot luck at best. It's the tree which falls in the forest when nobody is there to hear it.

Always wanted to say this... (here's my chance!)

If there's nobody there to hear it, ...then how do you know it fell ???

Because it will appear in the "Bug Fix" file.

              Yep! That's what it does.

FWIW, I tried the above and, sure enough, the "Win32 Programmer's Reference" pops up.

This is Either a Solution or a Workaround

If you highlight the entire CB.NNNN declaration then press F1, the associated PB Help Screen pops up.

Thanks Walter I think that completes the picture, I shall drop PB Inc a line.
