  • 64-bit test (does this app load?)

Would someone running 64-bit Windows please download an application to see if it loads?
I've compressed 32-bit stuff and need to be sure it loads.

Link removed 1/10/2009, program tested and deleted.

    Thank you

CMD shortcut to open any location:
    %windir%\system32\cmd.exe /k " cd\ & x: & cd x:\xxxx
    Change to run as administrator
How long is an idea? Write it down.

    Hi Mike;

I tried running your app on my dual processor 32 bit PC and got the following message:

    20: Record Manager Inactive

Uploaded an installation program rather than an archive to get around that, hopefully. Would also like to see if it runs on Windows 7.
CMD shortcut to open any location:
      %windir%\system32\cmd.exe /k " cd\ & x: & cd x:\xxxx
      Change to run as administrator

        It Works

        Hi Mike,

        Records read 38 SUCCESS!!
        ---------------------------
        OK
        ---------------------------

Thus, it works all ok on Windows Server 2008 Standard 64bit edition, running on an Intel Quad Core with 8GB RAM.

        Regards,
        Colin

How do I uninstall it? It's not in the "installed software" list.

              Delete folder 64BitTest.
              Thank you for running it.
              Program deleted.
              URL to program deleted.
This determined in advance that some code would work.

                Mike,

I use Btrieve(Pervasive) all the time and the first Record Manager inactive error 20 caught my attention.

Are you running v6 of btrieve?
