  • Mouse Move & Click in Graphic Control

And yes, I have used the search feature, but am not finding out the exacts on some of the nitty gritty's.

But I am asking those who've been there to point out the specific's of their findings so I can study them and make sense of what I'm looking at versus what I think I'm reading. Namely, how to get an ongoing update on where the mouse is when over a graphic window along with which mouse button is down or not. Keys not required, this is for a simple click and drag operations, left click drags item A about, right click does item B.

Thanks guys, you got an awesome set of heads here.

Subclassing is one answer - see posts in Console Compiler forum, Guy Dombrowski's for example. Don't expect the DDT graphics statements to work when called from the subclass proc though.

Does the mouse code in the PWRPAINT example help out? What's not there that you're looking for?
