Where are back issue Gazettes

And, lots of back issues are missing:

2, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 24
27, 26, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 39, 48, 50, 51, 55, 56, 57

Does anyone know where these are?

It may not help, unless it's a case of real desperation(!) but I have most of those -- apart from 2, 12, 13, 14, 55, 56, 57. A falsely rejected email caused me to get dropped off the circulation list on two occasions, I seem to recall.
