PB% and PB( Downloads??

Hi
I have tried downloading the upgrade's for 5 and 9 - on entering my serial numbers the console says DONE - blinks - removes my serial numbers and sits there.
I have cleared the download catch and tried this several time.
Any thoughts?

Using Win XP.

Not sure what you mean by "download cache"... but if you are using a download assist program DON'T. It won't work.

You need to download directly from a browser.

Firefox was cau:laugh:sing the trouble I used Google Crome in the end to get the downloads

I used Firefox and it didn't cause me any trouble, so you may have an issue there somewhere.

I used Firefox 3 without any problems.
