We will likely need permission to host them, provided there are no copyright or related issues. Please email the files to Tech Support and we'll look into the possibilities.

    Thanks!

I have both. I think it would be ok to put them in the files section.
    Who do I mail them?

You will find a DDRAW.INC file with declares and functions to make Direct Draw working, in the Files - Archive section of http://www.sublevel6.f2s.com

There is an excellent book that covers DirectDraw, DirectSound and DirectInput.
It is called 'Tricks of the windows game programming gurus' by Andre lamothe.

The good news is that it does not involve any OOP.
The bad news all of the examples and disk are written in 'C'

If you can convert from 'C' then it covers the lot.

    ISBN 0-372-31361-8

    Hope this helps.
    Trevor

OpenGL headers are available for PB. I don't recall running across any DirectX
wrappers, although I believe FastGraph includes DirectX support.
