I want to convert DOS(OEM) plain text to RTF (for Wordpad).
Somebody tried to convert "drawing" symbols ?
For example, I noticed that under Win2000 works fine following
(save as .rtf).
Probably, under NT4 also.
But under 9x (100% sure w/o test) - not.
Somebody has experience ?
