Final Winlog 5.0 early release

For those PB programmers that want to check out Winlog For Windows 2000, feel free to grab a copy...
It's still listed as beta but the final setup is complete, just needs to be tested. So far so good...

Thanks for everyone's help, this is one of the best versions I've released...

This shortcut will be good for a couple of days, then I will replace it with the evaluation version..
