NULL in Textbox

I "would like to" be able to load a file with "possible" null-characters into a
textbox. Have someone found a way to do this?
(whithout translating chr$(0) to something else as I do today)

No. Almost universally, Windows sees CHR$(0) as the "end of string" marker. There is no way to tell it to do otherwise, unless you can convince Microsoft to re-define "ASCIIZ strings". (The Windows core API uses 100% ASCIIZ strings, even though PB allows you to use other types of strings to send strings to the API.)
